Assassin's Creed shorts on Teletoon?

So Saturdays at 2:45AM (...or technically Sunday), Teletoon has been airing shorts of a live-action Assassin's Creed series. What are these and why does Teletoon only advertise them as a pop-up during the Thursday night movies?

Assasin's Creed: Lineage or something. Ubisoft made them a while ago as a Youtube series IIRC. Obviously made to promote Assasin's Creed II, Bloodlines, and the DS/iDevice games.
